Visits to rural areas
As part of the planned project activities, a total of 12 visits were organized to villages and this part of southern Banat. The visits were organized so that the residents were able to get information about the project, dementia, and to talk to the doctors of the SBPB Vršac and consult about their health and the health of their family members. During these events, several screenings of the project documentary were organized, educational and promotional material of the project were distributed and catering and refreshments were provided for all attendees.
Representatives of the County Hospital for Emergency Medicine Resita visited villages in the Romanian part of Banat, on the other side of the border, with a similar concept of visits.
The visited places were: Ritisevo, Vlajkovac, Veliko Srediste, Gudurica, Kustilj, Vojvodinci, Straza, Potporanj, Uljma, Izbiste, Pavlis and Alibunar.
The events were well attended and the atmosphere and communication at the events were excellent.
